Dr. Padmalaya Nayak is working as a Professor in department of Computer Science and Engineering at Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering Technology, Hyderabad under Jawaharlal Technological University, Hyderabad, since 2009. She obtained her doctoral degree from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, India in 2010. She has 17 years of teaching and research experience in the area of Ad hoc and Sensor Networks. She has published more than 50 research papers in various International Journals and Conferences. She has also contributed six book chapters to her credit. She has visited many countries to present her research paper in many International Conferences. She has received many National/International Level awards for her academic contributions to the education system and research. She is the Reviewer of many IEEE/SPRINGER/ELSEVIER Journals and Conferences. She is working with many funding projects sponsored by AICTE and UGC. She is the member of IEEE, IETE, CSI, and IEANG professional bodies. Prof. Nayak is the Editor of a book published by Taylor and Francis. She has published one Indian Patent and one Australian Patent to her credit. She is also a member of the advisory committee and Technical Program Committee for several International Conferences. Prof. Nayak is the Convenor of an International Conference (ICWSNUCA), proceedings approved by the Springer.
